If you have been in contact with us regarding having a return/exchange approved, it is mandatory that you include proof of contact with our company in your return shipment. Please note, all returns must be included in original packaging accompanied by a copy of the order invoice. We cannot approve any returns/exchanges over 30 days old, no exceptions.
We will not accept any packages sent without authorization; any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back.

Shipping & Delivery:
We take about 2-5 business days to create products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Some products might be shipped separately Each item we ship may have different delivery times, this is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. For example, we send our posters in super-durable tubes, and your sweatshirt wouldn’t fit in there 🙂
Shipping prices are cumulative. When you’re calculating shipping prices on your end, make sure to add up the different shipping prices for all the products you’re sending.
If my customers choose the FedEx shipping rate in checkout, do you also ship that order faster? Yes, we do! All FedEx orders are automatically bumped to the top of our fulfillment queue to assure best possible fulfillment time.
FedEx doesn’t ship to PO Boxes, so please put your physical address of home or business.
